T.W.Food Restaurant is an intimate, fine dining restaurant located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from Cambridge's famous Harvard Square. Run by Chef Tim Wiechmann and his wife Bronwyn, T.W. Food showcases French, Italian and New American Cuisine based on refined culinary technique and creative modern influences.

Chef Tim was raised in Europe and the US, educated at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and trained with some of France's most renowned Chefs including Alain Senderens of Taillevent, Joel Robuchon at his Atelier, and Alain Passard of L'Arpege. The food philosophy of T.W.Food is shaped by these experiences: based around ingredients and technique, with a firm respect for top quality growers and farms. T.W.
